Tattoo or no tattoo?
OK Tumblr followers I need your help making a decision!
I turn 26 next week and I am trying to decide whether or not to get tattoo. I am considering getting a tiny bow tattoo (pictured below) on my hip or inner ankle. I’m learning towards my hip because that will be covered up most of the time. I’ve never been a big tattoo person but really like this small design.
